I also have that exact problem when trying to stream on Twitch and TH-cam, when you go off and do something like checking a game/other applications or websites, the game window just freezes from the viewer's perspective and the actual person who's streaming/recording and only starts working/moving when you click back into the game. It's so fucking annoying like omg bro.
yeah dumbass it's called a fullscreen app recording. or a specific window recording if the person sets OBS or whatever to record that one specific window (in this case the game window, when the person tabs out, what do you think happens to the game? it freezes because the window is not in focus so windows stops the process it's not "annoying" its just you being dumb and having no idea what the fuck you're talking about
