Only thing that really matters is the minimum fps or lowest 1%, in many cases the overall fps might seem same or even lower when in fact the min fps got boost.... your qhole test is completely null... nobody cares about getting 165fps instead of 155fps. What is the min fps?

setting game mode ON helps your pc to not run unnecessary application/program... like windows update it wont run if you're playing games.

Settings graphical settings lower, especially anything that requires constant dynamic calculations like shadows tend to help in a lot of games with gpu bottlenecks, and then there’s overclocking. The one other solution to being stuck at 600 fps with a 4090 at 1440p and push the game to 658 avg

bruh, my laptop can get like 400fps without doing anything in cs and it doesn't even have a dedicated video card. no one needs to optimize for that game and if they do then maybe buy pc parts made within the last 10 years.

I have 31 ping when playing online, but my games still lag my computer can handle anything on the highest settings with no issue, but it's just when I play multiplayer and my downloads are so slow and my computer is still pretty new. I never had issues like this before and its a little bit frustrating at times. I'm not having a ping issue idk why it's lagging when I'm playing and it says I have 31 ping I know that's good ping, but I also did a lot of other things including shutting down a bunch of other apps and so on. Nothing has worked. I even upgraded my internet a little bit and still have issues. Can't seem to figure out the problem.
