Is this one as good as the newer version?
Dude, super super underated video. Short to the point, awesome technique, explained method, and you give us the reward at the end (no, not your beard). Definitely trying this method, over all the other videos I've seen on youtube. Thank you for posting!
Looked good but dry, the salt pulls all the moisture out. Great video!
What is that pad called your using?
The price of this is going to rise soon
You don't wrap the ribs in plastic when brineing
I just use a pressure cooker for an hour it’s perfect
Drastic ending!! I'm still trying it.
I can't believe it made you suffer this much! Credit where credits due considering how much you added to what you ate, sure it was hot but it wasn't anything beyond "oh that's got a sting" for me
Thank you for sharing this clip
Wow blacksyones suck. Just seasoned my new blackstone and cant wsit to get rid of it. I miss the ease of use of my old grill. Left it covered outside. Burn of and srape to clean. No risk of rust and refinish. Not worth precious hours of my life
This bottle is great on some tacos.
you know you could just heat it up and hit it with a brillo and some lime juice right?
$8.99/lb
Nicely done
It was cheap now that it's going crazy on social media 😂😂
Killer video. Just about to do my first side ribs in a gas bbq and a pellet tube. Was just looking at 3-2-1 method, then started reading about doing it other ways. This looks awesome and relatively simple. I dry brined my ribs overnight in a dry rub that hopefully had enough salt content, that I'm going to throw straight on the smoker now. Keeping my fingers crossed.

Ja, der Sch[Kuhglocke]ß (gah-zoo !!) sieht gut aus. Echt spitze wielen dank.
I just stick them in the airfryer, with some olive oil, salt and pepper. 160c for 35 minutes. Perfect.
Yes I went to Walmart today and found both
I was wondering where the "thick" bark was
How about adding liquid chicken fat (schmaltz) instead for more of an aligned taste? Do you think this would work too?
Too much work. Turn the burners on medium heat, wire brush and cooking oil.. wipe down using loads of paper towels. Wipe until the towels are clean. Start cooking from there
Why "set up" for 3 hours? Highest quality video with lowest number of views btw.
What about the underside of the griddle? Mine is flaking off in rusty chunks. I'm wondering if I shouldn't condition the underside as well.
How many hours are we looking at? 😂
try adding el pato tomato sauce, dynamite.
Beautiful 👏🏼 🥹
What’s that solution you use to clean the knobs and the outside?
how to store, and how long will it last?
So you were right about one thing that Berman does not have to be made in Kentucky to be bourbon, but you said it can be made just about anywhere, that is not true. It must be made in the USA.
Yes , I love using beef shank for my birria 😋
just did, great!
Id just bought another griddle plate from them a long time ago lmao1
That's how I've been deep cleaning my flat top for years except that if I have the chance I toss it in my sand blaster to get those hard to reach spots.
Since when isnthis shit cheap
Can you tell me what drill is this in the video?
Nice job sir! Looks amazing- quick question- what spray can did you use to get the black paint restored as well? Tyty
This is how you clean a griddle
Not cheap at all lol
Absolutely the wrong thing to do! Several good videos using scraper, water, paper towels, cloth towel and finish with flaxseed/ olive oil Rust is fairly easy to remove with hot water/ steam and it sanitizes the griddle. Re-seasoning probably not required, but definitely required after removal with sanding.
Seasoning is everything
Wow
So that's how hells flame feels like
Flavor is super
Shaving off a fresh layer of metal.
I’ve noticed after pretty much grinding off the nonstick layer it freaking sucks! Everything I cook sticks! Anyone have the same issues?
Did you reseason it afterwards
They make a conditioner
I did the same thing 😂
I truly believe that Blackstone could have made it with much better material, i mean everything is faded it and parts a breaking.
