This was all shot on the Pocket 3 with and ND Filter. I filmed in the D-Log Color profile and color graded in premier. Song: Girls & Shoes - Little Barrie th-cam.com/video/0xpAxG6agqM/w-d-xo.htmlsi=0-UUGllu6qc2wvVd
DJI Pocket 3 Snowboarding

We both took turns filming each other and we wore the included wireless microphone for the audio. This was shot in 4k 60fps in the D Log color profile with exposure and white balance set to auto. I threw a lut on and did a quick rough color grade to it.

I shot this on the Lumix S5 with the Sigma 24-70 2.8. I had a variable nd filter on the lens and the audio was captured with the Rode Video Mic Go

dope shots !
Cat do be chilling tho
Hey I think I know that cat?
my hips are hurting just watching this
Do u still have the car?
Unless that’s a fully built engine no way it makes anywhere near 300 hp maybe 180 on a good day with nitrous dope build tho
does it overheat in hot days
Solid
love this. One question did you use the standard OP3 LUT from DJI as a base to grade from, or did you use something else ?
Song name?
DJI for life
🙌yus
which nd bro?
Never seen 300 horse power 😂😂😂 hardly moves
Damn quality is better than my eyes can see! You color correcting or is this all just camera quality?!?
If you say camera, I’m buying one….
@@1015Media Haha! So this was filmed in the D-Log color profile and color corrected in post. However filming in the regular profile on the camera still gives phenomenal results even without any color grading!
@@slimesterg thanks for saving me some money with your dope post production skills! Still going to check out the camera, I’m ready to step up from GoPro.
@@slimesterg not going to lie I know “what” your talking about but I’m not quite on your level yet. Never used “logs” and my color correction process is so pretty sad, I use this filter my 8 year old made 😂😂
Amazing video!
I wanna do this with mine!!
Imagine Tata Nano got 300 horsepower engine.💀
Wow this looks incredibly good. If I didn't see your shadow holding it, I wouldn't have believed it was the pocket! Was it doing any exposure adjustment at all?
Thanks! Yeah for real the Pocket 3 is mind blowing! For this video I used an ND filter to lock the shutter speed at 1/50 but everything else is in full auto (white balance, color, ISO). There is also a light LUT for the color as well
Awesome
*Sounds awesome*
amazing!
The dolly-zoom on the parked car near the end looks incredible. The digital zoom on the pocket is looking good!
wow amzaing
Thats siick
Just bought that very car,a yellow convertible....looking at a 1600cc BMW 6cylinder bike engine conversion, similar shape to the MB motor. Car was £160($200) at a government auction...fun times ahead 😂
sick <3
pls more <3
Finally someone uses this camera for real purposes :) I'm into mountaineering and I'm thinking of buying this camera but the only thing I'm thinking about is how it works in extremely low temperatures. The declaration says it is operational at 0C or 32F. I am wondering if it works well at -10 to -20 C or 14 to -4F? Did you shoot in very cold weather? What experiences do you have? Here in the video it looks to me like about -5C or 23F. Thanks
This video was shot in temperatures around 40F (4.5C) I haven't had a chance to shoot in temperatures much lower than that so I am unsure if it would hold up in those conditions. I'm hopefully going to be getting some use in much colder temperatures within the next week or so and I will try to post a video on it.
Bro go for dji osmo action cam not the pocket one..
That thing gotta be faster than a hellcat
That much power on the small front wheels is insane.
Smart is RWD
@petrolak well obv as I owned one but the front wheels on a smart are very small even stock they are sketchy at 70mph.
@@John.Winchester 450 or 451 ? as my 451 isn't at all sketchy at 70 and cruises effortlessly at that speed, even hitting the limited 90mph was fine .
@marcushull12 451 but mine was a cabrio and I think lack of stability from not having a solid roof was part of the issue
I have a 451 and I have to go over a bridge at highway speed that gets some heavy wind. The problem disappeared when I upgraded the sway bar bushings. Putting 175 on the front also works.
Hey Simon, nice footage, what are the best settings for cinematic and what tips can u give us to do our best doing a cinematic footage?
Hi thank you! I personally use 4k 24 frames per second and the D-Log color profile so I can color grade when editing. As for getting good cinematic footage I would practice a lot and experiment with different techniques. TH-cam is a great place to find good inspiration and ideas for your shots as well.
Thanks a lot for your sharing! DJI staff suggest me gets Action 4 instead as Pocket 3 working environment is 0 degree above, but it seems really fine in your video, any concern on the temperature? Do you think the Anti-shaking is enough? Thanks!
Absolutely thank you for watching! I can't recall for sure what the temperature was in this video I believe it was around 32°F (0°C) the camera worked awesome. However the battery handle attachment was unable to charge the camera due to how cold it was. I have had very little experience with the action 4 but from what I have seen the stabilization is amazing on it. The stabilization is also fantastic on the osmo pocket 3. If you commonly use your camera in a cold environment it's probably best to go with DJI's recommended as I haven't had enough experience with the OP3 in the cold to recommend it to you.
The mini 4 is also rated for 0c and above but Ive flown it many hours in -23. The plastic becomes a bit more brittle and you have to be monitoring for ice but other than that it works flawlessly. I assume the same goes for the OP3, except the ice part. The electronics and battery should handle it, just make sure to keep it warm in between recordings and the use will keep it warm otherwise.
This is so stupid, i love it This is the best use for old motorbike 4cyl engines
Is it possible to selfie video with this cam when snowboarding?
Absolutely! You would want a long enough selfie stick and probably the wide angle lens adapter.
This looks incredble man, I went for the Osmo Action 4
espectacular
Do more snowboarding videos with this camera !
I have been actually! I have been posting them on a separate channel if you are interested they are on this channel: th-cam.com/video/cCx7A_dQSww/w-d-xo.htmlsi=DiZG1nKEvlw0R6da
