Tri-County Therapy provides physical therapy for children who have difficulty reaching gross motor milestones, such as transitioning from a quadruped position to a tall kneeling position. Transitioning to a tall kneel position eventually progresses into crawling and pulling to stand. An infant should begin using a tall kneeling position between ages 8 to 12 months.
