@@BMO_Creative I did a few times in the past with a few other friends no protective equipment the videos are buried deep on my Facebook page and I have a few videos of my son and I sparring with them wearing protective equipment somewhere buried in all of the videos on my channel
@@AbsandKicks last training video I did was 10 days ago then I had a night of intense lightsaber dueling/swordfight training 8 days ago...been on a break for a few days Christmas and new years and holidays and all that so I figured that I deserved a few days to consider how I'm going to continue to do and be better than I was the day before into the next year...it's also a very sad time of year for me personal stuff and this weather really affects my left arm gotta use heating pads and stuff

LOL... I knew a guy that used to drop his left whenever he would do a right hook... get him countered every time... took a long time to break that habit.
@@BMO_Creative bad habits are always hard to break but it's also why I videoed a lot of my rehabilitation training besides leaving a Legacy For my son to study when I am no longer around...I watch myself and most of the time I figure out what I'm doing wrong and TRY TO FOCUS on corrections but yeah being my age sometimes my body doesn't listen to what my mind is telling it to do...the diabetes just screws everything up
