Your gain is wrongly set up. You should learn how to correctly use the gain. The sound you E getting is distorted and heavy on the mids. Not a true representation

I have a Cole clark that is a heavy tank of a dreadnought guitar. Very bassy witch I like for strumming. But It needs a touch of sparkle plugged in. So maybe that Baggs would work well 🤔

Your gain, especially with the IR, is way too hot. You’ll never get good results until you learn how to gain stage .

You are very weighted to mid range and when you use your IR the bass notes become indistinct. Sounds good with the IR turned off and the EQ on. Might be different if you were strumming.
