Hi, my name is Joseph and I congratulate you on your exceptional achievement in climbing to the top of Pieter Both without any ropes, harness or pickaxes. I have already made comments about the climber name : Petr podrouzek, about his achievement in climbing Pieter Both. In a nutshell, I and my friend Joseph climbed to the top of Pieter Both some 54 years ago without any rope, harness etc. We had no plans on how to climb the mountain and the route to take us to the top. Anyhow we had gained climbing experience after having climbed the Pouce mountain twice. Thinking about the climbing of Pieter Both we would say to future climbers to make safety their top priority. All the best to you- Travel FPV and Happy New Year 2024.

Hi Jay. Yes it is possible like what the climber in the video did. He went all the way up with no harness. I was not confident enough to do the same as I have very little experience with that so had to use harnesses.
Was this a guided tour? Do you have recommendations for a tour operator?
No this was not a guided tour per say. I was with a group of friends, two had climbed it before
