Which building is this in McKeesport? Is it the big apartment building that is a bunch of retirement apartments? Or another building? I have been on that hillside across from McKeesport looking down on the city and where the Yough flows into the Mon rivers. I will have to look at those photos carefully. Great video.

Some interesting controllers, the 2nd machine room appears to be still energized in the controller cabinet. I heard an induction hum. The older controller with the "bulb" as mentioned has floor relays, must be a selector in the controller array. Those four springs in the floor are "dead hitches" this elevator (possibly the fright elevator) has 2:1 roping Compensating sheaves on the top of the cab and counterweight, to increase the weight capacity. Ends of the hoist ropes are "dead hitched" to the floor in the machine room.

Awesome video, i was at Anthrocon also :) I never rode this last weekend during Anthrocon but did ride the Schindler ones connecting to the Westin from the DLCC quite a lot :) and the PORT"s in the Westin hotel i rode A LOT.

Quite an amazing vintage controller and floor selector. Still in good condition, I have seen another video of a the same or a similar floor relay. I noted on the motor data plate it was "one phase" Traction machines have 3 phase motors with the reserving phase relay. Unless this motor has a relay to switch the stator and field winding.

Ill record in higher bitrate next time for Ace Combat, which means higher quality. AMD GPU's lack when encoding video...

Personally, i prefer to use the Su-34, for thrust vectoring and it's SP weapons, but Mission 8 is a good playground for the A-10. Big clustered Score attack, and primarily ground targets for the most part. A bit of a shame that the rest of the missions with large ground attack sections tend to have some sort of air threat arrive to make life harder, but eh, free mission exists.

This is a great mission for the A10, however other jets can complete this mission better. I destroyed every ground target and all air targets before the time ran out using the F-22A

Casual control with an attacker is the bomb, literally so fun

I did the whole game with the A10 in maximum difficulty I have ptsd from the drone of last mission even tho I would gladly do it again
