However, the Sheikh forgot to mention that there's exchange of the Mahr(bride price) in the case of Khul'u. The woman returns the mahr to the man or something equivalent to it, and that makes it Khul'u. Allaah knows best

The World Refers To Gaza As The World's Largest Open-Air Prison But Salafiyyah-1990 Says Otherwise. Mr Maradona of Amukoko Markaz has started again by portraying Gaza as a place better than Nigeria. He always do this in order to sound politically correct. The man is really cunning and only Allah knows what is running in his mind. He made it seems as if the Palestinians are enjoying many amenities more than Nigeria only that they have no control of the authority of their land and that this is what Hamas want. However, all Palestinians want freedom just like every prisoners want freedom. Though, Mr Maradona believes that Palestinians are enjoying. In an attempt to make it seems that there was chemistry between Zionist regime and HAMAS, he said Israeli government would transfer money to Hamas and Hamas would shared the money the way they like. It would have been faired if he had used Palestine Authority which Hamas was also part of. Under the current arrangement, Israel government collect tax revenue (and donations) on behalf of Palestine and transfer the money to Palestine Authority monthly. However, Israel can decide not to transfer the money even before the war: How Israel controls $188m of Palestinian money every month. Palestinian tax revenue destined for Gaza has been frozen by Israel since November, 2023. On Sunday, Israel approved a plan to send taxes earmarked for Gaza to Norway instead of the Palestinian Authority (PA), which exercises limited self-rule in the Israeli-occupied West Bank. Since November, taxes that would ordinarily be sent to Gaza have been frozen by the Israeli government. This was this year January on Al Jazeera. Then, he said they are not advocating for Palestinians to leave the land. They have to stay and be patient till they acquire enough military power. Though, this is new to us as what we knew with them was advising the Palestinians to leave the land and be preparing to come back later after they might have acquired military power on their host land. We still don't know how this is going to happen. Dear Mufty Amukoko Markaz, you are not making sense at all. You are telling us that Palestinians are enjoying but the whole world says they are in prison. Is prison a place of enjoyment? You (and your people) blamed Hamas but the Muslim world and non Muslims are praising the bravery and goodness of the group and others. However, it is good that you changed your fatwa on leaving the Land.

Where should the Palestinians move to ? What’s the size of the Muslims that left Mecca during the time of the prophet and how many palestians should move to another location . This are the questions that needs to be answered before this kind of ruling is passed

It is about 73 years of occupation of Muslims land. We need to understand this and let it sink well in our mind before giving any fatwa. I think Sheikh should let us know what is the view of shariah when Muslim land is occupied by the enemy Of Allah killing and expelling the indigenes or have early Muslims not witnessed similar scenario?
