These types of players/cheaters are the most annoying of all, they think they know the maximum level of gameplay, and anything that is superior to them even when using cheats, they consider it cheats, I would much rather see someone flying and exploding a keg than these players who hide that they use cheats.

I encountered my first cheater recently. Well, first that I could positively identify as cheating. I reported him with video proof, and he was banned when the weekend was over. His game chat advertised boosting services, and I'm sure he made his money over the weekend with that new account. Until Rare starts penalizing players using these services, they'll continue. Players in their crews should lose their faction progress and face account suspensions.

"If we play I have to win or nobody can play anymore" mentality. Some people are really stuck at 6 years old.
