That kid almost single-handedly destroyed any enjoyment watching this movie.

When I was a kid and saw this movie I thought truck drivers was the baddest men on the planet. Until I saw that truck driver in Los Angeles riots get a brick thrown to the head. But it is one of my favorite childhood movies.

At 0:53, the rope Clark attaches to the bumper immediately slips out of position and looks as if it would not stay attached to the car when he starts driving. If it were to detach from the bumper right away, the dog would likely be saved.

It's hard to make a peroxide-bleached mullet work but Smasher does it with ease, he reminds me of a Namco or Konami late 80's sub-boss.
