is the max level dino related to the level of your character? my scanner says max lvl 118

weird my max lvl is 135 and im on official server wonder if character level or clearing the bosses have anything to do with it

On PS5 you cant Get the Traits because you cant open the Trait Options

Update 1: Their is a Traits page at ark.wiki.gg/wiki/Traits site that lists out all the traits if your interested in seeing what all is available, though its still a work in progress at this point. Update 2: They have added tier 2 and 3 traits into the game. An example I saw was [3] Mineral Bearing with 30% bonus. Update 3: 11:53 The dino tracker could show a higher or lower level depending on your current level of your character it seems, I have not seen any confirmation of what effects it exactly. Update 4: A new mod for Gene Traits which lets you access traits without the DLC, I highly recommend you backup your world before using though: www.curseforge.com/ark-survival-ascended/mods/better-traits (I am very excited about modding traits, you can add so many new traits in)

Kalive, on some of the tougher boss fights, I find myself struggling and I try to prepare by using buffs. But it does not always work well. Sometimes, I make the mistake of applying a potion or elixir only to find that by doing so I have erased another buff I had applied. I may be wrong, but I don't recall if you ever did a primer on how to prepare for big fights by buffing (in detail). I believe it would help.

There's a invisible barrier that blocks tames just before the jumping puzzle now. You can use a tek suit, but of course, that's going to cost you element.

After saving Volo at the dock, there is a ship nearby protected by 2 steel watch. Approaching the two initiates a cutscene leading to a fight. After killing them, you will find 5 Illithid Specimens hidden in the ship's hold.

In the House of Grief fight, I kept getting overwhelmed and wiped out. So I had to find an alternate path. I learned that there is a way to kill the Mother Superior without having to fight her army. First I sent in my paladin to get the dialogue started. While that was going on I next, I had Shadowheart cast Silence on the Mother. Finally, I sent in Karlak to kill her using bombs which is the only means that works. (Neither weapons nor magic worked).

The fight on the 3rd floor of the Fireworks bldg. was made greatly more difficult because the game kept crashing to the desktop near the end of the encounter. Only after I went to game options and lowered the video settings was this headache resolved successfully.

Gale can both apply and remove curses, spells that can be acquired by learning from scrolls.

Just to save you a couple grappling hooks in the future; you can actually just reach the Skylord artifact from up on the ledge when crouched. No need to drop down for it.

You have to come from the riverside, go towards the bridge, take a right, and then fly down or feather fall. Flying isnt necessary for the shortcut. Thx by the way. Got past all the boring combat. Mobs are meaningless after your max level unless they're necessary for a quest... or they're just horrible evil people. 😈

The Faith Leap Trial was a royal pain to get through. There is a map on the carpet, but it is very inaccurate so don't depend on it. Misty step did not work either. Only through trial and error and leap of faith jumps was I able to solve.

When it came to me defending the portal, it took me several attempts. Something kept going wrong where the portal suddenly disappeared, and all of the enemy instantly died. As a result, Halsin was seemingly trapped on the other side. Finally, after many retries, Halsin did emerge from the portal, said a few words and then just vanished. Then the game announced that the battle was continuing. After a few more minutes, I killed the last remaining enemies, but could not find Halsin anywhere in the vicinity. Eventually through trial and error I finally discovered the character in the camp. This part of the game is very buggy and frustrating.

One thing you seem to forget we cannot throw our animals back out when we cryopod them

I often use the Closed Captions feature but shake my head at the same time. Whoever is responsible for the work is extremely unskilled and can't spell correctly.

Wolves cannot fit, and wouldn't fit through half the tunnels inside anyway. It's dilo or shoulder pets :) (Accurate for ASE anyway)
