Wolves have and can killed grizzlies. They get in running until it literally has no energy. They have incredible stamina.

Very similar dynamic to when a single male lion is surrounded by hyenas, as can be seen on other youtube videos. The hyenas/wolves know that the lion/grizz could kill them, so they just work together to annoy the shit out of their opponent until it leaves the area. Only difference seems to be the male lion acts more aggressively and actually inflicts harm, rather than just keeping them at bay.
