@@WinesGuruIndia Thank you for letting me know.. will definitely check that out,, also if you could suggest me one red wine in the range of 1500 that tastes brilliant... As of now I couldn't find anything better than la reserve to be honest and Chene, Rasa and Sette are all above 2k

If you go to a L1 wine shop you might get these wines under 2k. The alcohol market is not that regulated there is a huge price fluctuation.

1) There are various reasons for different colour of any wine. Skin contact, ageing, residual sugar level (RS), 2) The colour of white wine is darker because of high RS, high concentration, higher density also sometimes because of barrel influence.

Well there could be a lot of reasons you didn't like it..: 1) You have a good wine palate. 2) the wine you had was cooked or spoiled somehow. A few good wines in the market are:- 1) Sula rasa series (Zinfandel, Shiraz and cabernet) 2) Grover zampa chene 3) Grover zampa signet series 4) J'noon from Fratelli 5) Chandon Aurva But let me tell you these are fairly expensive wines.
