Are sulfates something that goes along with nitrates? I have high nitrates, nitrites, and sulfates.

Increased Elevated levels of nitrates and cases of bowel cancer have been linked to the increase in the amount of new dairy farms , as the increase in the number of cows increase so does the output of nitate laden urine and solid waste which inturn is absorbed into the soil strata . Eventually most of the urine is neutralised by the filtering through the soils containing microbial fauna , however the nitrates still make to the ground water from which a great percentage of Canterbury gets its water

hey Cory, my WaterLink SpinTouch isn't recording the salt levels properly. Basically the salt reading looks like 247 to 274, but the local pool shop records it at 3700ppm on the same model of machine. Any idea what's going on? The software and firmware is all up to date. Using 4329 discs, and I have chosen the sanitizer as Salt and the correct disc on the spin touch

I have a fish tank. And my nitrates explode. I'm over 80ppm. And I was wondering why since I have gotten rid of most my fish and I feed less now. So I tested my water in California and my tap water in my freshwater was 30-40ppm. And that's with a house filter for entire house before my salt softner. So I'll have to have the city test my water. I live in a farm city as well.

Thanks for the video. It helps explain a lot. One thing...the kit instructions say to discard the finished test in a drain not used for food preparation.

I just bought a box kit with 5 tests off Amazon, same as you show, and the Zinc packets contained ZERO Zinc, just air pillows. I contacted company and they are sending me replacement items. I had a State certified lab test first, 33.9ppb from my well. Need to test my pool and Spa. Hopefully the replacements work.
