About 3 years ago, I went through a traumatic process because they wouldn’t let me back into the US. The officers at the consulate wouldn’t listen, and I was scarred. Screaming, crying, hyperventilating, and earlier this year, I went to the airport and I saw that office. I started to have a panic attack and im so happy people are bringing attention to non-military related cases of diagnosed PTSD

Yeah, I don’t understand why people would say that, it’s literally called POST TRAUMATIC STRESS DISORDER. Anyone who has had previous traumatic experiences can have ptsd if it still affects them today. NOT JUST MILITARY!
