I Enjoy Grinding the Japanese Tree in War Thunder
I got a new headset! No more glitchy audio at random points in the video. Got a good way through the tree once again. ST-A3 and the other tank destroyer thing.

Don't ask me why but it was a bit of a struggle grinding Japan. But still did pull it off. It would have been much easier today but instead I lost a couple of 200x, 300x, and 500x research booster the day before recording so I wasn't in a great mood. Twitch.tv/tinybook4

Today I continue the grind by getting the ST-A1. Japans first home made tank after WW2. So far in the grind I have started out as a 3.3 but I am now a 6.3! I could have easily gotten a premium and grind it out from top tier. But I decided to do it the organic way. Twitch.tv/tinybook4

Swedish low tier with the funky shell (APDS)

Today I play some Swedish low tier with APDS also know as Sabot in War Thunder. My honest opinion is it wasn't horrible but sometimes it was suffer using that round. Later on my friend joins me in my suffering. Once again this was streamed live on twitch at twitch.tv/tinybook4

Just got the Ho-Ri Production and im having a ton of fun with it, front on youre immune to almost any german gun that doesnt use heat-fs
The few times I have fought against it was a bit of a pain. It actually seems quite nimble and has some decent mobility.
@@tinybook4 yeah its deceivingly mobile for a 40t TD, the only thing you have to worry about not penning are things like the american T34s and super heavies like the Maus or T95

Oh yeah, part 5. Japanese tech tree grind was (and still is) a pain for me. Great guns at ~4.3 BR and higher, but man... no armour. Getting 1-shotted gives me depression lol
The 5.7 american loan vehicles are alright but the constant uptiers make them not as effective. But yeah being 1 shot gives me a great amount of sadness.
I mean it doesn’t really get any better. Im at 7.3 now and constantly get uptiered to 8.3 and at that br everything oneshots everything anyway
From what I heard from past comments 7.3/7.7 Japan is god tier japan.
@@tinybook4 well i meant the getting oneshot. You do oneshot everything else too tho, except some american heavies. But with the type 99 you basically manage to pop every tank if u can shoot ur he shell on its head or under the tank
Honestly, as someone who's at 8.3 japan, 6.3 is fun, type 75 sph is a lot of fun, 6.7 is solid when you start throwing heat every 6 seconds with the st-a3, 7.3 ho ri production and type 99 is fun and then of course 8.3 you get stabilizers. Still ho ri production is by far the most fun tank I've played

I love the Japanese tree. They have, in my opinion, the best premiums in the mid br range.
try a video lenght of a max of 10 minutes, I think it will work better
I have tried shorter videos this was went a lot longer since I actually got a lot more content.
It's great that I find this video since I just started my Japan grind as well.

As a guy who has 9.0 on Japan, I feel you. I almost pulled off my skin at those br's.
M19 and M42 are surpisingly goof TDs and on certain maps youd be surprised how good they for early game rushing

try to have more than one vehicle at ur highest br. u kind of screw urself once u get up tiered to 5.7 with 3.3s. Also if ur not doing well with a chi-to… welllllllllll
Rank 3 Japan varies a decent amount in br it goes from 3.3 to 4.7 very quickly. I do have 2 4.7s it just there isnt any thing same other than the 5.0 Chi-Ri 2.
Bro I got to 2.7 and saw that Japan was still using the 37mm and I just went to Sweden. Now I’m done with Sweden and working on France lol
I know japan grind is a terrible expirience but the top tier makes it up i think
Low tier Japan suck because of the use of HEAT rounds as main, but mid tier Japan… I love it so much, I even got my first nuke with it 😁
japan was prob one of the easiest and most fun tech tree grinds for me both air(I'm at 13.7) and ground(I'm at 9.3) I'm low on ground cuz I stopped playing it. rank 1 and 2 is just derp cannons and the only real struggle I had while grinding, rank 3 you have the chi ri 2 which rekts shit, then rank 4 its smooth sailing with the type 75 that 1 shots anything it hits then rank 5 you have ho ri production one of the most broken tanks in the game with insane armour(I play it like a heavy tank and get like 5+ kills a game with it) then you have rank 6 vehicles with 2nd and 3rd gen thermals like HUH? the type 16 is so far the best wheeled vehicle I've used other than the radkampfwagon. so id say keep grinding then once you get a rank or 2 higher its just insanely fun especially the type 75 in arcade and the ho ri prod in realistic.
@@dataimpact hopefully next video I got the Chi Ri 2. I like the Chi-To and Chi-To late but there armor is lacking.
I just went through this pain up to 9.3 with EVERY battle being uptiers, Japanese guns are amazing. armor not so much
ho ri production front armour is better than anything else at its br but a maus
Tip: is see you do the same thing as spook does. what i mean by that, is that you add sound effects when you kill someone. try to use less and hen people will find it more funny. Other than that great vid.

The grind gets better with the lend lease tanks and the ST-A series of tanks, their top tier tanks are some of the best, even out performing the bias T-90M, but the snail wants you to suffer as much as possible with the terrible Imperial Japanese tanks first before even starting to reach the levels of broken with the MBTs

I'll keep away from the memes about pixels for now, but just wait until you get the Japan 7.3 lineup. Hands down the most fun I've had in nearly ten years of playing this game.

@@ZomgRAWR93 I was being sarcastic. 7.7 is literally the 7.3 lineup, uptiered a bit and with the type 87 rcv (p) added on. Which should be at 7.3 anyways, it's not gonna break anything at 7.3
