I heard that ganon theme and I needed to look this up

I love the huge crescendo on the motif of the Dragon Roost. It really shows the amount of emotion put into a few chords. Not to mention the tone of the notes completely changing once the main chords hit… It went from really quiet… To BLASTING LOUD! And yet it doesn’t make the notes sound “Ugly.” Sorry, I’m in band so I’m kinda a music nerd.

There’s something I don’t think you caught

After a year and not seeing this video, i kinda want to see a botw music video, since when i first played it..i heard bits of pieces of notes from other games when you enter hyrule castle, BETTER than totk hyrule imo.

Y'all, a few good songs don't save a soundtrack. I agree that wind waker has some amazing themes, but is mostly not very memorable.

Bruhhh not even 5 seconds in and I’m already seeing hate for the Oracle of Ages OST 🥲 it might not have as many standouts as Oracle of Seasons but damn is it still great, especially for a GBC game.

Okay First of all, Why isn’t Twilight Princess in S-tier and how is Trifoce Hero’s above Wind Waker and Twilight Princess

I was surprised to see Wind waker get C rank but i mad respect the Triforce heroes S tier that ost slaps

What I love is the little bits of the piano in the second section calls back to when you’re in free fall in-game, and also that little bit where it references Molgera’s theme before the LEGENDARY callback to Dragon Roost Island. (Which I totally messed up by thinking about Revali, I still miss him.)

There are a lot of zelda's ost are overrated and only have two or three good songs, like wind waker or majoras mask

Another amazing musical allusion is to Molgera's Theme from Wind Waker. It's particularly awesome because Colgera is clearly an evolution of Molgera, who was ALSO the boss of a wind temple!

no idea about music but the part deep part @5:32 , the ominous ascending thing, is literally is the exact same as some of the "ascending some stairs before the final gannondorf fight" moments in other zelda games. I think Ocarina of time was first and twillight princess referenced that?

I just heard the not in scale tone sounds like the monster, which is new to the hero. Add a lot of uncertainty and tension to the player. After the 3 phase, the player slowly get how to defeat the monster, and hero theme cover the monster, which also help our confidence because we should successfully break 2 of 3 of the weakness and going to finish up the monster soon.
