A helpful little film, but it would be better without the background music. I've been drinking Pact for six or seven years and it's excellent. Website easy to navigate, rapid service, and ethical too. What's not to like?

This is really poor advice. Use 10g for every 180ml of water. Wait for 4 minutes, not 5, and plunge all the way down otherwise you’ll end up with an over extracted and bitter tasting coffee!

I just watched your cappuccino video before this one. You haven’t mentioned anything in either video about the difference with the MILK TEXTURE for the 2 different coffee styles i.e: there’s no foam in a flat white, only non-foamy steamed milk - that’s why it’s called a FLAT white because it’s supposed to be FLAT with no foam at all. There’s ⅓ foam in cappuccino, on top of ⅓ steamed milk, on top of ⅓ espresso. So the milk is the obvious difference between a flat white and a cappuccino but you didn’t mention that fact at all.

I’m struggling to get any latte art texture, the milk is nice and glossy but when I pour it it’s quite thin until the end, is there any advice for how long you should be stretching and texturing the milk?

Have you tried to layer the cream and coffey? Like do that first step with the cream then freeze it completely then put the cold coffey on top and freeze that as well. I feel it would be even better

Looks a bit like a flat white with some cocoa powder on top.why not start with mocha powder than cocoa powder and pour some expresso like 2 single then steam ur milk than draw the art.
