I have cleaned the fountain and even ordered a new battery because I haven't been able to get my fountain to run properly for several months. I cannot see any impediments that would keep it from working. There is nothing clogging the propeller. With the new battery - the pump hums....but nothing is coming out of the fountain. What is wrong with the thing? I'm out of ideas.

i got my cat a fountain and left it running for weeks only to eventually toss it cause he was afraid of the moving water x.x

Our cat despised the running water bowl. Cause he couldn't scoop it into his paw. Plus we giv ehim freah water every day
