GM diet is General Motors Diet. We can have the specified food all day, not just for 1 meal. Thank you for the feedback.

You can carry anything, but you may be asked to pay customs in your destination country as per the rules there. For India customs, I have provided some links in the description. If you registered your bangles here in the US before your travel, you can bring it back to US without paying customs here. That's the idea, but then things can always change. Pls go through the description.

My port of entry cbp office denied doing this. They can only attest any valuables with serial number. Indian jewelry doesn’t have this.

Hi, I went to CBP port of entry offices several days before my actual flight. Please Google for the locations in your area. Check the video description for more details.

Did you pay 13% tax when you reached India?
Hi Swathi, I have my wedding jewelry brought here by my mother. Now when I go visit India I’m planning to take them with me. Do I need to pay 13% tax in rupees when I reach India? Also, I noticed one comment said gold can be personal item and don’t need to be declared. Is that true? Kindly give me your thoughts… Thank you! ❤
Hi, from what I know, gold should be declared if it's above the allowed limit. You can check the India customs related links in the video description. Also if it's a jewelry purchased in India and if you have some receipts to prove it, I don't think you'll need to pay customs duty again since you must have paid tax in India when purchasing those Jewelry but I'm not 100% sure on what the customs officers might do there, hence try to contact the agents mentioned in the links or call India customs offices before traveling and find out the exact details. If you return to US again with that Jewelry, remember to declare them as your personal jewelry, have some pictures to prove that u own them and be prepared to pay import duty here if they ask you to.

please tell me did the custome officer examined the jewellery , did he weighed the jewellery ? actually I have only two items of gold , weighing 160 grams , a nice heavy KADA and a heavy pendent , I would go out of India and come back to India. 🙏
He did examine the jewelry but did not weigh it. It could be different from person by person.

I have 24 ct gold bangle which i am carrying out to India and will come back with same item. Im on h4 visa. So if i have filled this form and can i show it to the india customs officer and avoid paying customs duty (as i bring it back to USA)
Hi, this process helps only with US customs when you come back with the same jewelry. Not for India customs. India has different rules, and the video description has some links on their expectations.
