From cebu to north bus terminal mga 30minutes. Then from the bus terminal to Medellin that's going to be another, more or less, 4 hours. Once you get to Medellin, pumpboat ride naman going to Gibitngil Island (Funtastic Island) which would take around 45mins-1hour.
