Hi Carl. I noticed from your streams the signal drops out & clarity is not as good like when you were in a metro area. Now you're in the regions, you thought about installing a cell booster on the bus? Cell Booster Australia has a huge range of cell boosters from 2 frequency bands to every frequency band licenced in Australia; obviously the more cash means more frequencies. Have to make sure you get a good earth on the bus chassis as the outdoor antenna likes to become a lightning rod & EMF interference can play havoc with the indoor dome antenna. Use a mix of those black rubber anti-static straps & dangle some chains off the bare metal of the tow bar to touch the ground, that will help to earth out EMF & static giving you cleaner signal. Also means you can drive the bus to Stanthorpe, cross the border into NSW, say what you like far away from a cell tower & drive back into Qld to go home.
