Regenerative Agriculture Coalition
United States
เข้าร่วมเมื่อ 3 มิ.ย. 2024
The Farm Voices Project contacted working Farmers across the USA to discuss the needs and issues of Farmers and Ranchers, considering the upcoming Farm Bill 2024. This Congressional Bill determines national funding and programs in many aspects of Agriculture, Food Distribution and Food Security in the USA and around the world. Farmers know their problems and issues best, as they grow, sell and help feed us, as well as care for the lands and waters that allow agriculture to continue. This series shares the voices of Farmers from across the nation, to reflect their problems, issues, concerns and successful strategies. Hearing directly from Farmers will help shape legislation that supports them and those who depend on their success, for food, fuels, agricultural products, timber and more. Their voices will be shared directly with Congressional and State Legislators, local officials, and made available to the public.

I think that is an amazing idea! Especially if they join forces with other small farmers and ranchers to create their own marketplace VIA website for people to be able to purchase their products directly.
I love and support all you do Elizabeth! Contact me as to what I can do to help. Brian Bennett Bittersweet Farm Right on HONEST and clear
Please listen to this in-depth, wide-ranging conversation with Julie Rawson, deftly led by producer Cevan Castle of the Regenerative Agriculture Coalition. As a homesteading farmer who has run a CSA (community-supported agriculture), invited "many hands" into her work and that of her husband, and been a leading organizer and advocate for organic agriculture in the Northeast, Rawson brings a clear voice and perspective to many of the issues affecting farming, farmers, consumers, and the planet today.
