This video is about self reflection. Once I started taking a job serious I had to learn how to navigate the complexities of the corporate world. That can be challenging without having the proper mindset. Knowing that there is always a start and a finish to ones career and the path that you would like to take is extremely important.
I learned that just because you are doing an entry level job, does not mean there is no advantages to it. Actually, there are plenty of advantages to doing these jobs. You actually get a front row seat to learning. I was able to sit back and observe how a business is properly and sometime improperly ran. This gave me plenty of experience and as I grew within the company, I was able to learn more.
You first get paid for what you do, then you get paid for what you know, then you ultimately get paid for who you are. The issue is if you do not put full effort into what you do, you will never be able to obtain the knowledge and move into your second phase. Taking advantages of all that you are offered within a job is important and if you feel as if the place is not for you and not conducive to you learning you should change the job. I love to motivate, inspire and help with personal growth and development.
