Driving from Venus Bay, SA, to Port Lincoln. Had a few issues with the camera over heating just out of Elliston, SA, hence the scenery suddenly changes.

we lived in Kingoonya in 1971 to 72. my father was a Fetler there. I remember mum pushing me in a pram up to the Kingoonya 60 sign board.
I spent several months in Kingoonya in about 1967. I was working for the Commonwealth railways track maintenance. I remember the heat and the flies. I also remember a small pub, a blessing after a day on the track. I was an 18 year old pommy immigrant. I've been back in the UK for many years and would be grateful for any information on how the tracks are maintained these days. Are there still camps spaced out along the railway?
Amazing... we lived in Kingoonya as kids. It hasn't changed, apart from the Railway workers houses are gone!!! Great to see your vid and really enjoyed it.
