Thanks mate! On this video it’s the GoPro hero 12, but I now mostly use the Panasonic s5iix, I use shot tracer pro app on IOS! The GoPro hero 12 automatically has a zoom out that’s why they seem zoomed out but I like it a bit I think! But the hero 12 is great for all weather!

@dsgolf93 back 9 I'd say. Hole 10 is stroke index 1 with OB all down the right. There are some interesting holes on the back 9. The 11th is usually a lay up but you'd be able to take it on

@@dsgolf93 lovely looking course there. How many shots do you reckon you should allow for on an unfamiliar course?

That’s actually a great question currently playing off 10.4 atm so I don’t know if I was nice to myself but it is a very challenging course! I think maybe for a new course you shouldn’t be hard on yourself if your 4-5 shots over handicap

Yeah I find my iron distance strange also I have to say! I think with some irons I’m just more comfortable and compress it a little better! Yes these are carry distances. How is your golf game atm! Is it solid? I was really considering the SM10 wedges but in between them and the mg4 wedges.

@@dsgolf93 I’m Dr Jekyll and Mr Hyde on the course. I’ll go out and shoot a low to mid 80 score one day and then shoot 90 the next on the exact same course. Today, I started the back nine at even par for the first five holes, then limped home with double, double, bogey, bogey. The worst part is, the second double and the first bogey are two of the easiest holes on the course. Finished with an 85. For brief moments, I feel like I really know how to play this game, then I turn into a complete beginner lol.

That’s good shooting but we will always have blow up holes! I think with some holes we expect ourselves to make par on which can then sometimes get in our head too much. I played 9 holes today just on my local course and eagled the 9th hole to put me +1 over 9 holes but I know if I played the back 9 it could of been a completely different 9 holes and outcome 😂

@@dsgolf93 also, I almost went with the TaylorMade wedges. You can really feel the grip on the face when you run your fingers over the grooves. However, I succumbed to peer pressure and went with the crowd. Although, I will say, my 58 is my most trusted club. My score lives and dies by how well I’m judging distances from off the green that day. While a lot of people will say you should use a 9-iron (or something similar) on straight forward chips, I trust my 58 more.
