This road provided easy access from the hotel to I-94 during my stay in Minneapolis. Two interesting oddities about this road: 1. No turns are allowed onto Essex Road from Huron Blvd; it is one-way eastbound WEST of Huron, and one-way westbound EAST of Huron. Therefore, all traffic approaching this intersection from either direction on Essex MUST turn. 2. Heading southbound toward I-94, the lef...

I drove down this road on my dinner run in Clive IA. There is a beautiful lake and sunset about midway.

Driving to Gloss Mountain State Park west of Fairview, Oklahoma. Note the 70 MPH speed limit on this road, which is something I have never seen in Missouri. The mountains come into view at around 3:45.

This was a neat natural feature I happened to drive past on OK-11, so I decided to turn around and take a closer look. Also, I have never seen a road with so many back-to-back bridges! (I believe there were 12 in total.)

Open fields for as far as the eye can see heading north on OK-74 north of Lamont.

Had to stop for a minute to make sure I did not miss my turn off OK-11. Turns out, I didn't miss it, I just needed to continue for a couple more miles. :)
