Hey friends!
Today I'm baking up some copycat Eggo waffles, sourdough granola, fluffy sandwich bread and hamburger buns! Kitchen ambiance videos are one of my favorites and I find the general sounds so soothing and relaxing. I find they also inspire me to get into my own kitchen and cook up something that maybe I haven't tried before. So I hope this video serves as inspiration to some of you! Copycat 'Eggo' Waffle Recipe:
2 cups flour
2 tsp baking soda
2 tsp baking powder
1 tsp salt
combine and add:
2 eggs
2 cups buttermilk
1/4 cup melted butter
1-2 tsp vanilla extract
Sourdough Granola Recipe:
1/4 cup SD Discard
1 Tbsp melted coconut oil
1 Tbsp maple syrup
2 Tbsp brown sugar
1Tsp vanilla extract
1/2 tsp cinnamon
1/4 tsp nutmeg
1/4 tsp salt
1 cup rolled oats
1/2 rice krispies
1/2 cup chopped nuts
2 Tbsp seeds of your choice
Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Bake for 20 minutes. Turn pan and bake another 8-10 minutes.
Let cool completely and break apart.
Sandwich Dough Recipe:
2 Cups warm milk
2 Tbsp yeast
4 Tbsp granulated sugar
2 tsp salt
6 Tbsp softened butter
2 large eggs
6 cups all-purpose flour
