@@SwatDevils uhh no :) but if can try to build a $300 pc build. It really isn't that hard. Get yourself a nice used gtx 1660 super with a nice used ryzen 5 5600. Then get yourself a atx motherboard with an am4 socket to obviously put the 5 5600 in. Then get 16 gigs of ddr4 ram atleast 3200/mts and a 512 gub ssd. You can just pick up a nn atx case with pre-installed fans or if you can't find one for cheap get a used one with pre-installed fans. Then get yourself a trusty bronze 80 minus 650w power supply from an nn brand. (Branded is out of your budget maybe) then get yourself an nn air cooler for the cpu with the prize range around $13 bucks.
Or if you're lazy to build one... You can pick up a used oem office pc like a fellow optiplex. It has a decent amount of ram (try to get 16 gigs doesn't matter if ddr4 or ddr3) a spacious hard drive (most probably 1tb) and find one with a i7 4th gen with a power supply powerful enough for 1660 super
