Incredible conversation! I could listen to this 24/7. Personally as the purchaser of 2 New Construction homes. One in Texas and one in southern California where I currently reside, I love the talk about controlling quality of components of home as both homes were purchased from top 5 US home builders and I’ve had north of 15 items per home that had to fixed after moving in. Cuby Technologies let’s go!

💯 I think their ability to do quality control will be a massive advantage. It's so frustrating to find out something wasn't done well, as it sounds like you know.

Open Robotics has 130k followers on LinkedIn. And this valuable video has 291 views. I don’t know if you really care how many people watch this but this content should be way more popular 😊 maybe with the help of Open Robotics people or official accounts 👀 I highly appreciate your contents. They are helping me to think and learn about robotics with different perspective which I can’t find at any tutorial/documentation 🎉 Thank you!! 👏🏼

I heard "big corporation believes in autonomy" and thought to myself "if anything, big corporation wants you to have less control so they can make more money" but i guess autonomous vehicles fall under autonomy as well...

No, the start point tells the mentor how to approach. If you have a computer start you, then you get cocky because you think you know everything, there's no real correction & can potentially frustrate a mentor. There may be a book, but everything doesn't always work by the book & you'll need to troubleshoot outside of said book. That takes human calculations.

"Universal Basic Income", they said! "No one has to work, it'll be fantastic", they said. One problem, who's paying for all this?? The rich already have international tax avoidance rackets. This is going to end with one man with an army of omniscient omnipresent robots & everyone else living in caves.

I'm interested in using machine learning to implement walking sequences in my robot. This was really insightful, maybe machine learning could also decide what kinds of steps it should take.
