Plus, CPKC will spread from across Canada, to the US, all the way down to Mexico. So, logical reasoning suggests that the railroad will survive any potential economic downfall. America has a total of 5 BIG railroads, UP, BNSF, CSX, NS, and formerly KCS now turned CPKC The first one that would fall would be NS, and then CSX, as for the other two, they are fairly sturdy. So, it would give CPKC the opportunity to expand should any railroads fall in any unexpected economic downturn.

Canadian Pacific should never merge with Kansas City Southern and SOO line because it will affect passenger service. Look at Canadian National after they purcase Wisconsin central and Illinois central, CN is a huge asshole towards Amtrak US passenger railroad, I Bet CPKC will do the same to Amtrak as well. Also Canada is turning Communist because its people are loosing their Freedom of Speech. Basically, Communist Canada is invading the US by purchasing US railroads. Union Pacific, BNSF, CSX, Nolfolk Southern, Amtrak, and other US Passenger railroads must sue CN and CPKC for Disruption of Business(Amtrak, and other US Passenger Railroads), and having too much territory in the US(foreign company over reach). Illinois Central, Wisconsin Central, Kansas City Southern, and other US railroads must gain independence from CN, and CP.
Amtrak wanted the merger to happen 💀
