Hey! I go to Rutgers New Brunswick, so I can't speak much for the Camden campus. But my experience on campus as a bilingual is really good imo. There's a lot of cultural orgs on campus so you're able to make friends with others who can speak the same language and come from a similar background. Professors/classes are always hit or miss, since sometimes the professors and TAs have hard to understand accents, but it's inevitable.

For the CSLLC, we got a 750 stipend, but being in DRC, there are a bunch of benefits. There are some DRC specific scholarships and more opportunities for DRC students :)

Hi! I'd say campus safety is pretty good at Rutgers. Out of our 5 campuses, College Avenue is definitely known to have crime, but it's usually around off campus housing/the streets off campus. I'd like to say that if you're on campus, you should be safe! And we have a lot of resources and quick ways to reach RUPD, so it's safe imo. For the busing, I honestly thought it was really confusing and complicated when I first attended RU, but I actually have grown to really appreciate it. Buses come pretty frequently and run late, though if you're commuting between the 2 farthest campuses, busing does take a while. Feel free to ask any other questions!! :)

Hey! I think it really depends on what you’re looking for… social life, proximity to classes/work, amenities, etc. I lived on busch in the BAMMs and it wasn’t too bad imo. But I def envied people who lived in Jameson G on doug and BEST hall on busch.

i really like it! i think anyone could fit in at rutgers because of how big the school is, there’s a lot of different orgs you can be a part of. I definitely don’t regret going here :)

I think it’s a pretty good school! There’s def a lot of opportunities. Big plus for me is the fact that the campus is big so there’s something for everyone
