Scalloped Potatoes for Two:
4 medium sized red potatoes, peeled and sliced 1/4" thick
1 small onion, peeled and sliced
1 Tablespoon all-purpose flour
2/3 cup heavy cream (or 1 five ounce can of evaporated milk)
1/8 teaspoon onion powder
1/8 teaspoon garlic powder
1 teaspoon salt
1 cup shredded cheddar cheese, divided in half (can be mild or sharp, your choice)
Preheat oven to 375 degrees. Baking time - 20 to 25 minutes
