i am all for this. i heard about the first plan which was shelved and its why so many roads leading north lead to no where they're suppose to joined another highway going from east to west. it got shelved because there was no money to develop it as for the right of way so companies can go in and start that needs to stop. that kind of thinking and business model has violated so many first nations lands that the litigation process is still ongoing. the right of way needs to be in agreement with first nations tribes where it might pass.

The eviction moratorium allows renters to refuse to pay rent. The homeowner still has to pay mortgage, taxes, and ensure electicity heating and water are provided anyway. It will bankrupt the middle-class. "You will own nothing and be happy."

    1) By reflecting away 30% of ISR the albedo, which would not exist w/o the atmosphere/GHGs, makes the earth cooler than it would be without that atmosphere like that reflective panel set behind the windshield. Remove the atmosphere/GHGs and the earth would become much like the Moon, a barren rock with a 0.1 albedo, 20% more kJ/h, hot^3 on the lit side, cold^3 on the dark. C-15 at the end makes it's self subservient to U.N. Declarations of Indigenous People. Indigenous is not defined. African descendants are claimining land rights in tent city in front of Toronto City Hall and she is not wrong. Land treaties are with the crown and unless treaty status marry's other treaty status it is phased out. So applause today. Canada has been sold out. It passed.

Dangerous Legislation: Bill C-15 or UNDRIP Document ( United Nations Declaration on the Rights of INDIGENOUS peoples ACT INDIGENOUS is being redefined, it is not Synonymous with Aboriginal any more... According with the Government of Canada and it’s implementation of BILL C-15 , INDIGENOUS includes : Elders, Youth, Children, Person’s with Disabilities and Gender-Diverse and Two Spirited Persons and Industry. DO you see the word “Aboriginal” here or in the UNDRIP Document? NO ! When Bill C-15 is passed it will make the First Nations Communities of Canada, Legally invalid, Racist, and Socially Unjust. This Legislation is Not an attempt to make reconciliation for Native rights or lands. See next paragraph. This Bill, is also changing our Human Rights that has been framed on the Universal Declaration of Human Rights ( a document that is NOT Legally Binding ) and the Canadian Charter of Human Rights. In the UNDRIP document or Bill C -15 that will be entrenched into all Canadian Law (hence making it Legally Binding) , It reads in the ANNEX of the document paragraph 4 : Affirming Further, that ( All Doctrines ) (Policies) and (Practises) based on or advocating Superiority of Peoples or Individuals on the basis of NATIONAL ORIGIN, RACIAL, RELIGEOUS, ETHNIC, or CULTERAL differences.. ARE (Racist, Scientifically False, Legally Invalid, Morally Condemnable, and Socially Unjust.) This Bill C-15 or the United Nations Declaration (on) the Rights of Indigenous Peoples Act , is about to be tabled in Parliament for the THIRD time, no matter any voices of opposition. ALL political parties of Canada are going to pass this Dangerous and for me Morally Condemnable Bill. We must not allow the Canadian Government to first use our Canadian First Nations Communities as a pawn in their FALSE representation of reconciliation . Nor must we allow our Christian based Religious , Doctrines, policies and practices to become Against the Law.. The only way for EVIL to prevail is for GOOD MEN and Women to do NOTHING. I sit on the Blood Reserve in Southern Alberta, I am Non-native, but have been married to my Blood Tribe Status Member husband for 28 years we have six boys. I see the False Narrative being believed by this Dangerous pending Legislation, that for all of United Nations intents and Purposes has been and will continue to be a intended source of major contention between Canadians. The Truth of this UNDRIP Document that is about to be entrenched into All Canadian Laws, needs to be seen for what it is , a TOOL to breed contention, fighting, and to take All peoples of Canada’s HUMAN RIGHTS AWAY
