it is still a Dark Ride like splash mountain was, darker environments work for lighting effects etc.

It's more like we have to find musicians for tonight's party... that's the whole concept of the ride...

Remember, this is taking place AFTER the film, the imagineers and story tellers set this as a mardigras celebration post first film... He's paying the price for his deal he made when his amulet was destroyed...

Honestly, when your working with a existing location and not doing a major tear down... you work with what you have... Some screens make sense like the Tiana and Louis jamming to the sounds when your shrunk down. Some other areas make sense as your getting bigger again up the lift hill, they have an AA off to the side like before, but above didn't have space for the modern AAs.

when you get new ride computers, and use existing ride system... it takes time for everything to work together especially when you get to cycling with guests as each log will be a different weight etc...

While cool this is more moma odey returning us to human sized and through a short cut for the big party… which still fits going up the hill… plus shadowman is long gone.

Ray is gone too, but he appears on a screen and sings. So.....

@@MickeySightings So I still stand by what I said. And while I think they were on to something there were still elements that were missing on the ride.

@@floridathrills I respect your opinion but I personally feel like it would've been more interesting if they had Dr. Facilier up there and I feel like it would've had more people in suspense and more excited too.

technical issue

In 2017 when "Kraken UInleashed" happened with the adding VR to kraken they "tied" the stories together somewhat... but really it just removed much of the story... there is potential to restore a story but right now... it's not there :(

Too bad Disney hasn't tried to do a "after hours" event at hollywood for Star Wars... then try to get some celebs in for those nights too. they could easily use the hollywood bowl or hyperion theater for something like that again.

they say spring, It feels more like summer though. I did see them welding a bit for the scenic inside near the launch. untill the bolts are tightened down and marked.... and we get the laps in... no idea.

@@floridathrills I’m thinking right around or on Memorial Day weekend! It’s already past spring break so it won’t make sense to open in the next month or so.

it does have a natural feel, granted they did remove a lot of the lighting effects from the human side of the stadium so who knows if they will do any special evening presentations.

i hope the animals at the miami seaquarium can be given a 2nd chance at seaworld miami seaquarium is a total dump im anti cap but not a dumb or mean one seaworld would be a big upgrade for them and seaworld has good stuff about it unlike miami seaquarium good thing its shutting down it will not be missed even most marine park fans hate it

@@anastasiawinters4455 No orca gets a second chance at any marine park, This only means they get to go from one miserable life to another. Orcas suffer immensely in these small pools. Their physical and psychological well-being is gravely in danger here and there's nothing we can do except not buy a ticket. SeaWorld can never provide the enrichment or stimulation that they so desperately need to thrive and survive. If these animals can't swim at least 100 miles at speeds of 34 mph., in a straight line every day, their health will decline. Being fed nothing but thawed-out dead fish does not meet their diet requirements. When the parks close they are left with nothing to do so they self-mutilate, by chewing on concrete and bars, " breaking their teeth" head bobbing, and or slamming their heads on the enclosure. This goes on because they are supposed to be swimming. Orcas don't sleep so just being able to float around, staring at walls, and swimming in endless circles, they become frustrated, bored, and unpredictable. Orcas have emotions and capabilities similar to ours. So living in these small pools is the equivalence of you living there without the water, with nowhere to go and nothing to do. It would drive you crazy. Because of their living conditions, poor diet, frustration, and loneliness, they die premature deaths. The life expectancy of a whale is 100, in captivity, they may live a bit more then 20..

The trainers said as soon as they are aclimated, in the mean time they are doing a lite version with 2 segments... During this show did the Opening number, and third act.

@@EndAnimalAbuseThe trainers are never going to be fully in the water with them, the closest is on the shallow shelf at the front of the show pool where they get their positive reinforcements of fish and rub downs.

I do agree, There is little to NO story now... you don't even get any dialogue reflecting the "creature" that's sending you up the lift hill to then plunge not once but twice... At least the "Sea horse" gave us something...

It's a great "Tour" of Seuss landing, much like the People Mover for Tomorrowland in Magic Kingdom. It is designed for the whole family and kids to enjoy together.

oh after the yeti tears up the tracks drop? I have always thought of the inside backwards as a drop... since it goes down while also going over another part of the attractions.

@@floridathrills Yeah, that part. Something about the lens, video processing, I don't know what... is making it look almost completely flat. But the dark parts actually looking dark is a good thing.

In all honesty every show isn't for everyone, We find this show cute even with it's minor flaws which we put up for being first year and one of the earlier shows... Elmos Christmas wish is also a wonderful show though!
