truth be told these character models this game's stylistic decision is was the best modernization of sonic, if you think otherwise you are a dumbass, the execution was poor but it was still clear that what they were going for would have worked easily, only reason we have the stiff corporate design from unleashed to this day is because the outgoing and ambiguous sonic 06 failed, its a shame

For me I don't find the Sonic drowning theme scary anymore I used to as a child and that's only because I forgot I said it as my alarm as a joke and I woke up in the middle of the night to that and it gets progressively louder and all my lights were off. Not to mention this was my creepy pasta phase too

Funny thing about this you can even lose without a mistake if your pace is bad. Jules is broken. Btw that half holding mechanic actually drove me insane. I hate that sh!t and the heavy triggers in general. Always feels like im destroying my controller with it for no reason.

it's less terrifying in freedom planet 2. instead of a countdown, when the oxygen meter is about to reach empty an alarm will play and once it reaches empty, the playable character will rapidly lose health and die.
