    Very nice practice, giving and allowing the proper time and space to unfold. This is a real meditation, no rushed and didn’t feel like many others where instructors are just giving a speech. Bravo!

    Some people talk about manifestation like it's going to deliver a magical answer to their hard won fuck ups. I like that you're suggesting "nay". :) Guessing the crux of it lies in putting one's mind to something and focusing one's energies into getting said something, discounting negative and self defeating ideas and thinking which leads to self derision and hate which leads to wasted time and energy and less chance of achieving one's goal... Whereas genuine self love and all that, I'm guessing, leads to directing everything towards whatever end you choose and then putting your all into it, doing the hard work required and being fortified against setbacks and hardship, etc?

    I agree! No more words to describe my thoughts than this. I’ve never been able to swallow the manifestation guff. Sure if it’s motivating you to take certain actions (or not) great. Taking it too literally can cause damage or learning about it when you’re in a vulnerable state of mind (which was my personal experience).

    Some background sound could be helpful. My sympathetic nervous system is so highly activated currently that when there was too much silence (around 5:00) my body started to close off again
