Here's an accessible room review from the Leonardo hotel I stayed in last week in Plymouth. The staff were super friendly and helpful. The hotels location is great for accessing the city centre, and they have parking on site.
I did have a bit of a nightmare with parking. The attached underground car park lifts were broken so the hotel did let me park right out the back of the hotel and didn't charge me to park. 🙌
The room itself was alright they just need to give the shower seat a real good scrub, make sure the emergency pull cords are maintained properly, and address the heights of certain things. Oh and look at the automatic door release. I got a good night sleep, and had a hot shower the next day which is all I need when away with work, I'd give it a 6/10.
