All potential customers of hindware, I really suggest not to go for any Hind ware appliances. If things are fine its ok but if by any chance it needs to repaired or broken you will get frustrated like anything by their customer service. Utter waste of money & time. Not even top management bother to care about customers even after messaging in social media as well. So then you just think about it how pathetic and care less and shame less service they provide. Very pathetic customer service from Hindware. Have purchased Coral Cooktop 2 years back and 2.5 months back the Cooktop glass has been broken I believe because of the heat. I have raised a ticket with customer care (GG096713), wrote mail to customer care, in social media but really disgusting. You guys are shameless. No one seems to bother about customer and in customer care pages you print in bold letter "Hindware Care", nonsense. If your organization cant have one part for more than 2.5 months, then what sort of service your providing. Really really bad organization, no one even bother to give a courtesy call also. Very pathetic.

even i have the same problem it went defective in first year itself . during warranty also they charge with something even to touch it . i dont recoment to purchase hobs specially with copper burners and that too HIndware .

Hindware provides worst service. Try calling their helpdesk & you will have 5% chance of going through the number. Also, the key details are always hidden- example - you can not find exact noise levels of chimneys in db anywhere in their website (even in technical specifications page & manuals). Why anyone would hide critical numbers
