What font or cartridge did you use to cut Cindy’s name, pls.? Im trying to figure out how to get the connected letters for a name. I clearly have an original Cricut.😱👍🏻😃
@@monicasundgren8123 shoot! I didn’t save that file but you can connect any font by ungrouping the letters and then moving them close enough for them to overlap. Then weld them back together. 😊 I hope that helps. But if you are using an Expressions, I don’t know if it will work on that Cricut.

@@renicebales8098 the photos on the left side are 5x7 and 4x6. On the right side they are 2 @ 2.75 x 5.25 and 2@ 2.75 x 4. I hope that helps and I’m glad you liked the layout!

@@danasterry4 I live a mile north of Independence Center off 291. I have been scrapbooking 20 years. I have 10 grandkids and 3 great grandkids so my pics are usually about my grandkids and their adventures. I lost my husband back in February after 50 years of marriage and have not scrapbook very much in the last 2 years taking care of him. It did not stopped me from building my supplies and my scrap room needs to get busy again. I would be very excited to meet you at an event. Nice chatting with you.

Thank you! I’m glad you like it. Doing that project definitely is not for everyone. Maybe you can talk your daughter into making one for you should you ever need one for a different project. LOL! 😂

Thank you for teaching me how to make chevrons. I se you cut the paper at two inches. Can you do it bigger or is two inches the only way?Loved your layout and those turtles turned out so cute!!!
You are very welcome and I'm glad you liked it. I don't see any reason why you couldn't do them with a bigger size. You would want to adjust the measurements accordingly. For example, if you cut your paper 3 inches instead of two inches, you would make your center line 1.5 inches and draw your vertical lines 1.5 inches apart instead of one inch apart. Whatever the dimension of your center line is, the amount of space between your vertical lines. Keep in mind that the larger the size, the fewer peaks and valleys you will have in your chevron. I would recommend practicing it before using your "good paper". :-)
