I think it depends on who is abusing: if a child is abusing, if a spouse is abusing, if a neighbour, or your family member, or police, or your boss ...there can be so many scenarios of abusement, we cannot plan how tk respond to every situation but there is one way. Imagine a being which is not at all like you. It has no body like you, it has no mind like you, who is free. Who wants to see itself in different forms . So one is divided into infinite. But those infinites can not be real as only real being is that being. So he creates a projector and we calls it maya. There is nothing to create that projector so part of that being turns itself into the Projector. This projector shows billions of humans, billions of insects, billions of world, planets and what not. But there is nothing exist except that being so that being has actually changed its form into what that projector is showing. Every insect, every murder, every saint it became, it became women, men, babies, and also the killer of the women, men, and those babies. After all this that being is still unchanged. It is still the same. Someone from the projector asked it, why you have made so much violence, to which the being replied, i created only myself in different forms, i created you to see myself. You think you are sad, hurt and in pain, but there is no pain for you because if you see closely, then you are also standing with me, and the person who is feeling this pain doesn't exist. You think you exist because of the projector. I created you so that you can find those secret paths that i have also created which takes you from the projection towards out of projector, towards me. When you will reach me , you will find that, you were never there in the projector, all of this is just projection of mind. I have left several bridges from projector to myself. You can walk from anyone. Through saints, prophets, and some books you can find some of the bridges. Also there is one which is very easy and also takes your pain away forever, to find love, to be in love, to be love, but you have to find real love inside yourself and others. Unconditional. If you will find that you will find me. Because I am the being which is also known as unconditonal love. You can either find for real me or the truth or you can just see myself in your spouse, children, parents, friends, animals, or whosoever you want, and one day i will reach out to you myself and took you away where I am.❤️ I created you as myself because I love you in all your forms or in all of your situations. It matters to me not if you have done anything in the past or will do in future. It matters to me if you decide to use any of the bridges towards me. Then you will start feeling my warmth🥰

If the society you are living in is ignorant or in dark, then be a candle if you cannot be light. Others who would need light will burn that candle will feel that light. You can also add 2-3 lines stating that I will be free of this addiction, i will be healthy from mind and body after quitting, I will have more time, more money, etc. Mainly the advantages we can get after quitting. I am sorry, i think i was wearing my earphones while watching this. I will delete this one. About nicotine: its a drug which makes us addicted, and smoking doesnt help us in any ways 4. The situations, place, time when you smoke 5. About smoking deceptions. Just review these items daily if they are filled. Its recommended to read all the journal around 4-5 times all 6 days with a gap of atleast 30 mins. And it works in our unconscious mind like a magic on day 6. ✨️

My reason: Because I know I can if I understand my problem and addiction I want to prove that I am not weak I dont want to waste any more time smoking nor I want to waste my money I want to be healthy and fit with my mind and body I dont want to lie to my family and friends. I dont want them to get hurt because of this disgusting habit.

Yes write in a journal the reasons you want to quit. You will have to read and review and update that journal for 6 days.

We are doing it because its a drug addiction...and we check all these thoughts and confirm them and then on 6th day we smoke our final cigarette. And they give a final script of 2 mins to watch continuously for one week(which i put in 6th day playlist)..Its based on the thinking that when we understand something fully, our interests and excitement towards it looses
