After ACL reconstruction or injury - Stage 2 Rehab

This is a brief demonstration of exercises that needs to be done after the acute stage after an ACL injury settles or after recovering from the acuteness of surgery ideally after 4 weeks. These exercises may be started with a 2Kg weight belt or a medium resistance theraband with ten repetition thrice done two times daily would be adequate. The weight and resistance may be gradually increased

    Had MPFL surgery 8 days ago.. they made me walk with crutches on day 2, and down the stairs on day 3! Here is on week 3&4!

      On second day after my surgery they made me walk all alone with brace only. No Walker or crutches were given..

    I had shoulder dislocation few years back. Get recurrent soreness in shoulder muscles post that. Will these exercises be sufficient or any other will help.

      Hrushikesh since you are experiencing soreness in muscles secondary to a shoulder dislocation episode, these exercises won't be sufficient. You will mainly have to focus on strengthening exercises for muscles around the shoulder joint.
