Most of the added volume is from being catless. The Greddy made it a more pleasing tone, but I still had to switch out the rear pipe for stock when I went on tracks with noise limits. So to say this may not make it quieter for you, but it is the best sounding exhaust for the FK8 in my mind. 👍

Hell yeah! My friend was saying it was like seeing a time capsule on track. Had some wicked left rear fender bite going on, so I had to sandbag in the hard right turns (3,6,10,&11). Great running with you! 🤙

It had to be tuned out. Hondata FlashPro allows you to dial in your rev limiter. Made it so she can free rev. 😅 Thank you! Good choice. 👌

I did that but it’s still the same thing, the animation only turns on when I turn on the headlights

Try setting your lights to Auto so that they come on when you unlock the car. The animation will only run when the Tail Lamps come on, which is only when the headlights are on.

I figure "extreme race" may as well be "solid mounted". 😅 I probably would not have enjoyed the ride at any stiffness higher than the 62A Street.

@@MotoRX1 oh its really solid and it makes some extreme vibration noises lol. I hope i can wear it in so it dials down but other than that its extremely smooth linearly and the shifting feels much stiffer but smoother. SuperB

This was my very first attempt at collecting the data and rendering a video. The RaceChrono app works best on a circuit course. You can use the GPS data on the GoPro to get the synch close. I've gotten better at it since then if you check out some of my newer vids. 👌

😯 For real?! There were a few minor cosmetic mods I left on it when I traded, but all the performance adding parts were reverted back to stock. 😅

If you don't like the vibration with the rear alone, you will not like the full set. Vibration from rear only mount is about half of the vibes from the full set. 👍

Thank you! 😁 Traction off as long as I remember to turn it off, as you said. Lol 99% of the time I remember. I have 200tw Falken tires on the car, tons of grip. So basically, more grip than the car thinks. Tracking with Traction on, when you start pushing hard enough, it will get intrusive. Gives you a false sense that you are doing something wrong and that turning Traction off would be bad. I start the track day with it off and start slow, build up. I've had my share of spins though if you check out the rest of my videos. 😂

@@MotoRX1 I’m currently using Hankook rs4’s on track and have some ohlins coilovers on the car. Great fun! I’ll try to ease into it next time with the traction control off!

I also have Ohlins! They are great. Just be careful of snap oversteer if you give it too much coming out of a turn. Judge the situation, but it's better to pedal it and try to correct if you aren't in a dangerous spot to try. Natural reaction is to lift, which is how I've spun almost every time. 😅

I love the driving feel. After having the rear mount by itself for a while, then going to the full set...it wasn't a huge change. The car feels a lot more raw. I wouldn't go any stiffer than 62A if you are going to street drive mostly. 👍

@@MotoRX1 how do you like jzilla? I haven't ridden with them yet. I have heard they aren't as good of a group as Chin. Chin is really difficult to get a track day with, but they don't allow a bunch of cars on the track & they have great instructors.

JZilla is my fam! I started with them in September 2020, and I try to track with them every month. If I can't snag a JZilla day, I will defer to Atlanta Driving Society as my 2nd option. After that, it's wherever I can get a track day. 👍

Each time I felt I had been too generous with the throttle on the switchback. The car sticks so hard almost all the time. Could be something in the suspension setup maybe? 🤔

@@MotoRX1 Ironically, it might be the fact that your tires are so sticky. If you have special tires that can generate very high g forces, when they finally do let go, there is a lot of momentum that is hard to rein in.

On the occasions at turn 4 and at RA, both times I walked away feeling I had been too generous with the throttle too soon on the switch back...that caused the initial step out. After that, fighting the reaction to let off coupled with slow on the open snap of the steering wheel to catch the step...causes the 180. I feel that I need to try and snap the steering wheel quicker while not letting off the throttle to remedy this. Just working on the fortitude. 😅👍

@@MotoRX1 Well there's your issue. If the rear is sliding in an RWD car adding throttle will only make the situation worse. Lift and countersteer.
