So, it's much you get the right items you need. Your two priorities is dealing damage (increase strength, critical hit, get stringer items) and survive (dodge, holy shield, maintaining HP). If you fulfill both, you will be fine and that's the problem! I feel like you aren't rewarded for creativity and the deck tend to be the same! It's from this that Bernie is easier to use. I don't know how TH-camr influencer make this entertaining but I got burn out! The scalpel makes it so cards with [malady], which you can't normally convert into mana by right-clicking on them, can now be converted into mana. It essentially remove the keyword [malady] from the game.

emergency knot is pretty powerful against everyone, especially if you stack it
