    A multi-generational home with 7br and 9ba in a home you can get lost in with a 12x12 dining room and a table for 6. I'm pretty sure a few of those closets were bigger than that dining area. 👀 A little shocked by that for 4 million smackers!

      You are correct, but keep in mind that this is a custom home, that means that someone didn’t care much about the dining room when they were designing the house…

    The av entertainment/gaming areas seem a little like an afterthought to me, and the excercise area is a bit lazily done, but i really like the overall layout of the home. The reason home theater rooms are usually just a slight variation on a simple box design is for the sound projection. When you have little extra cut-outs like that skydeck extention and the glass railing in front of it, you distort the acoustics (and add echo) of your audio, add glare to the screen, and distort the viewing angle of the people in that skybox. The gym should have cut into the basement entry just a bit more to allow for a little more equipment, as excercise is important for long term health and longer enjoyment of the home/family within it. I really liked the kitchen and living room setups as well as the outdoor arrangements.
