I used to do this during covid. Best delivery job at the time, roads were clear and the delivery locations were in 1 area. Always used to be assigned 3-4 streets next to each other. 30 deliveries for £72 completed in 1 hour instead of 4 hours.
I wish I was doing this during Covid! I used to do afternoon blocks, now do early mornings on the weekends as the roads are a lot quieter!

I dont leave packages unattended like you do...i will wait until the customer comes out and then hand them their package. I hope you dont get PACKAGE NOT RECEIVED emails from Amazon with the way you just leave packages in full view of the public. Anyone passing can just pick it up.
I make a judgement call when delivering, It depends on the area I’m in. I’ve had ‘parcels not received’ emails when I’ve personally handed the parcel to the customer, it happens, just part and parcel of being a Flex driver.

1:00 bags and envelopes and DXM 5 have a 1:04 driver raate of 1 2 3 4 5 so it's quite 1:09 simple and easy to organize so let's 1:12 finish packing this up and let's get on i take it you mean the driver aid as labeled in order of stops. out of about 30 flex jobs ive only have driver aid numbering in the correct order twice it's a pain when the driver aid numbers are all over the place
also i don't do customer requests as most of them envlove in the dark place in shed place in green house i don't do back gardens i wish customers would upload there home from the roadside last thing you jammy git, my hours have 90% run over
Yeah, 90% of the time I’ve been to DXM5 it’s been 1, 2, 3 etc. I have had the odd occasion where it randomly starts at 675 but still goes in order
I’ve rarely run over! Unless, I’m in Mcr City Centre, but I do early mornings on weekends. Roads are empty and people are at home!

Yes, you require a full UK licence. Doesn’t matter if you’ve held it for less than a year. You should be able to register.

You may be subscribed to too many people compared to how many people are subscribed to you. It’s a TH-cam thing I think! But, thank you for your support, much appreciated!
I had to look this up because I was not aware this was even a thing heh. According to some posts TH-cam will limit how many channels you can sub to each day once you hit your personal cap and going by one of the posts saying they have subscribed to 4900 channels their cap to subscribe to channels is 3 per day so I guess with that logic you should be able to subscribe to more channels on the following day. My best guess is this is some cap to prevent bots and people selling channel subs which is a bit of a hurdle but given that it is all to easy to create accounts I highly doubt this method is really that effective anyway.

22:25 - just so you know if you don't already, if you continue delivering (must be delivering, not driving home, to depot, etc) beyond the end of your shift you can email driver support with details and request an adjustment, they'll usually pay you for the overtime at the rate you accepted. I've never been denied an adjustment, but have had to just repeat myself a few times for support to understand. Wish they made it automatic - as they know when it happens - but I guess people who don't know end up losing out and amazon gain so 🤷♂

6 parcels removed from 20-odd?! I had 49 parcels on a 3 hour block 3 boxes wouldn't go in without completely obscurring the view of my left mirror & I was told I had to take them. Ended up leaving the whole route in the end and sorted it with driver support but the staff at my depot are completely a-holes!
No way?! That is extremely harsh mate! I physically could not fit anymore boxes without damaging something, but credit to the staff, they were brilliant. I think I got lucky, another day, could’ve been a different story!
@@YourLocalCourier Yeah the staff at our depot are, with all due respect, tw**s 😂 didn't get loaded until 25min after my shift start time yesterday, luckily had a good route but would've been working late if not! Evens itself out I suppose, but yeah, the staff at the depot I work out of don't really help with anything
