The same goes for all the prophets in the Bible. We are doing the same in following prophets today. This is a biblical practice. As far as angels go, angels have given further instruction, correction, and understanding to prophets throughout the Bible. This is nothing new. I’ve been going through this similar experience of longing for true baptism of the Holy and to receive this blessed gift of spiritual language. I agree it is very encouraging to listen to other testimonies on TH-cam! Your struggle is similar to mine and encourages me to continue in faith to believe that God will fulfill His promise of this❤ The struggles people share are so helpful to encourage me to continue seeking and I kinda wonder if the struggle is more with just being able to “relax” in faith that we WILL receive from the Father His promised Spirit and the gifts that follow. So like you I’m asking even for that simple faith to receive. Faith definitely comes and increases as I hear not only Gods Word but also through the testimonies of Jesus as you have shared yours!
