14:09 That’s called Cut-Off Price of the IPO, not IPO Price. Also, if the price band is $4-$5, then $4.4 and $4.5 will be valid bids only if the Price Tick is $0.1. If the Tick is $0.5, then only $4, $4.5 and $5 are valid bids. You didn’t talk about Tick at all. Price discovery is totally missing.

@ Sushila Hariharan - Just wanted to ask which is more risky , is it Future or is it options? Future - I agree as the contract value is higher and slightly changes in the underlying price would drastically change the P&L. but Future contract can be rolled by paying a rollover fee to broker on the expiry day or Expiry day-1 to achieve a motive. Option - Cannot be rolled and option greeks come into picture, if the market goes side ways - anyway i would be losing the premium because of theta.
